连铸连轧新型轧钢设备对飞轮轧制冲击载荷的响应性能

新型高成材率轧机设备配备了在线多台矫直机和冷却床后的冷切长度飞剪。将轧后的工件经整个冷却床长度的多个长度拉直,然后使用切削刃。带孔型的飞剪将轧后的工件切成商用裁切长度。机架式步进冷床用于均匀冷却轧制件,简单截面钢如圆钢、钢筋等简单截面钢冷却后平整度好,无需矫直即可发货。槽钢、角钢、工字钢等异型材料,需经冷床冷却后进行矫直。双尺冗余矫直,咬头次数大大减少,事故少,效率高。采用该工艺和设备,生产机械化,自动化程度高,大大减少了精加工面积和操作人员。
